Machine installation and maintenance precautions
In order for the air compressor to operate properly, installation and maintenance staff must follow the instructions below
Operation Environment requirement
First: The radiator installed on ERC type compressor should be placed away from the wall for not less than 1-2 m. Better to install the machine and radiator at the front of the wall that is with hole on it in order for better air flow. Exhaust duct is also required to be installed.
AC compressor Chassis and ceiling distance should be no less than 3m, if less than 3m, you must install heat air duct. To guarantee easy access for inspection and maintenance of the cabinet insulation, soundproofing cabinet on all sides of the machine should be kept at least 1.5m spacing. .
second:You can not make foreign debris to fall inside the radiator, or it may cause the device operating temperature rises.
third:Air entering the compressor must be clean and free from flammable gases could cause a fire or explosion hazard.
Maintenance notes:
First: During maintenance, air compressor should be turned off and no internal-pressure. Make sure the compressor and compressed air distribution system are disconnected. Pulled the breaker (or switch) that is on the top of the compressor control panel.
second:Do not use flammable liquids or materials do not meet current standards for cleaning utensils.
third:If you can not determine whether the compressor or related components work correctly, please contact the Mattei service place, not self-repair.
Regular inspection and maintenance items:
Every week (or every 50 hours)
A: Check the oil level
Per month (or every 200 hours)
One: Clean the air filter
Two: Clean oil cooler and cooler air at the end of stage
Three: For some AC type: Clean intake filter separator pre-filter device
>Quarterly (or every 500 hours)
One: Cleaning the oil return valve (filter clogging and therefore can cause exhaust oil content increases, while the lubricating oil to reduce the machine will lead to temperature rises due to lack of oil, so this maintenance is very important)
Every six months (or every 1000 hours)
One: Replace the air intake filter core
Two: Clean or replace the oil and gas and condensate separator filter
Three: Tighten the fixed panel and motor control circuit wiring terminal plate bolts and nuts
Every 12 months (or every 2000 hours)
One: Replace or clean the oil filter core
Two: Replace or clean the oil return valve
Three: Change oil

Each model corresponds compressor power cord specifications
Optional improper because the power cord is easy to cause the device to a variety of problems even burn the circuit and cause a fire. Therefore, the various models with power lines must be certified through the CCC product. And the diameter of the table should be optional:

2.Wire requirement:
Do not use the air compressor with the binomial electrical equipment.
